Here are some energizing teas that are great for school and work:


Ginger Tea


Ginger brings a sweet yet spicy element to tea making it an enjoyable drink. Often used for its fascinating medical properties, ginger is said to have many health benefits such as reducing inflammation, easing pain and digestion, and warding off a cold. Maté contains about 85 milligrams of caffeine per cup, whereas black teas generally have about 47 milligrams of caffeine per cup. Maté can be a great option for those who dislike black coffee, which contains 95 milligrams of caffeine per cup. Oftentimes, students’ schedules are packed from morning to night, so a drink that packs a punch of caffeine can help them get through late-night studying or early mornings. Caffeine may increase students’ energy levels and make them feel less tired. It also affects signaling molecules in your brain, which benefits your mental focus. Many people who drink maté regularly claim that it helps them stay energized without any jittery side effects.
